She is passionate about the importance of nurturing wellbeing in education. Educator wellbeing is critical to ensuring a thriving education system. We cannot have pupil/student wellbeing if we ignore educator wellbeing. Flourish seeks to provide a safe space for educators to come together, explore their wellbeing and rejuvenate themselves by rediscovering their purpose in education.
